Refund policy
Once you have received your order from the delivery date, you will have up to 30 days from that period to return the product. We will inspect the product to make sure there are no damages or other defects. Used items cannot be returned. All returns for refunds will incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer pays for return shipping, and a refund will be issued minus the shipping charge for the return label. Steering wheels are NOT eligible for returns and neither are hoods or trunks. If a hood, trunk, or steering wheel is cancelled during the build process a 50% restocking fee will be charged. If a hood, trunk, or steering wheel is shipped it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you purchase a hood/wheel/steering wheel you're accepting of this policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Steering wheels, hoods, or trunks CANNOT be returned. If you decide to cancel during the build process a 50% restocking fee will be charged as they are MADE TO ORDER. Once the item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return instead. For custom or made-to-order items such as hoods, trunks, and steering wheels, once production has begun, cancellations will incur a 50% restocking fee. Once shipped, these items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
