Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time is 1–3 business days. USA delivery is 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders can take 7–21 business days. Out-of-stock items may take longer — email  help@synthcarbon.com if you need a timeline.


2. How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder.


3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary and buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.


4. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once it’s marked ‘Delivered,’ it’s your responsibility. Check with your neighbors or local carrier. We’re not liable for porch pirates but will help if we can.


5. Can I change my shipping address?
Email us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once it’s out the door, you’re stuck with what you gave us.


6. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days. You cover return shipping. Contact us first for approval — unauthorized returns won’t be accepted. Please refer to our refund policy for restocking fee information


7. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all parts come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Contact us with photos if there’s a problem.


8. Do you do custom orders?
Depends on the request. Email us with what you have in mind and we’ll see if it’s possible.


9. How do I install my parts?
Most of our parts are bolt-on or plug-and-play. We strongly recommend professional installation. We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper installs.
